O'Shaquie Foster (21-2-0, 12 KOs) makes his second defense of his WBC super featherweight belt on Friday night at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York when he squares off with challenger Abraham Nova (23-1-0, 16 KOs) in the main event of the Top Rank Boxing on ESPN card. Foster has won his last 11 fights, claming the title with a dominant unanimous decision over previously unbeaten Rey Vargas in San Antonio on Feb. 11, 2023. He defended the title with a 12th-round TKO of Eduardo Hernandez in Cancun, Mexico, on Oct. 28. Nova has won his last two fights since his lone loss in June 2022, most recently knocking out Jonathan Romero in the third round of a scheduled 10-rounder in Las Vegas on July 28.

In the co-feature bout, unbeaten super featherweight Andres Cortes (20-0-0, 11 KOs) battles Bryan Chevalier (20-1-1, 16 KOs). Cortes claimed the WBC USA Silver super featherweight belt on July 28 in Las Vegas when Zavier Martinez retired in the seventh round. Chevalier has won 12 straight fights, most recently beating Ranfis Javier Encarnacion, who retired in the seventh round in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, on July 12, to win the WBO Inter-Continental belt.

The card opens with three scheduled six-round fights. Middleweights Isaah Flaherty (6-0-0, 3 KOs) and Julien Baptiste (6-3-0, 3 KOs) open the card before super featherweights Ofacio Falcon (10-0-0, 6 KOs) and Edward Ceballos (11-4-1, 6 KOs) square off. Arnold Gonzalez (13-0-0, 6 KOs) and Charles Stanford (7-4-0, 4 KOs) meet in a super welterweight bout.

In three fights scheduled for eight rounds, heavyweights Guido Vianello (11-1-1, 9 KOs) faces Moses Johnson (11-1-2, 8 KOs), middleweights Euri Cedeno (7-0-1, 6 KOs) and Antonio Todd (16-9-0, 9 KOs) square off and Delante Johnson (11-0-0, 5 KOs) takes on Paulo Cesar Galdino (13-7-2, 9 KOs) in the super lightweight division.

The last fight before the co-feature pits Bruce Carrington (10-0-0, 6 KOs) and Bernard Angelo Torres (18-1-0, 8 KOs) in a 10-round featherweight battle.
